2021 update: The Jadescape showflat is permanently closed

Jadescape offers several layouts for each of the unit types. Some of these are available for viewing at the show flat. By visiting the show flat, you will have an idea of the layout, space, quality, finishings and also what you can achieve with interior decoration, etc. You can also view the Virtual Show Flat - links provided below.

Visiting the show flat requires an appointment with the official project team. Please call/text the Project IC at 9009 1172 or submit your interest by visting the Registration page.

Note that registration or arranging an appointment to view the show flat does not require you to make a purchase subsequently. The preview is on a no-obligation basis; as such, there is no risk or committment on your side. However, should you later decide to drop the idea, please do notify us so that we can remove you from our contact/follow-up list.

Information you should have on hand

Once you have registered your interest and have made the arrangement to visit the show flat, you may want to look into the following:

• Check the amount of CPF availabile for purchasing a unit
• Have an idea of the ABSD (Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty) you will be paying. IRAS has some useful information here.
• Understand how Normal Progressive Payment Scheme works.
